The player from South Africa has tried to redeem an advertised bonus without being successful. A different promotional offer was activated instead. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
They keep on promising huge deposit bonusses but they do not load correct bonus amount They are liars and has done this numerous times to tempt you to play but not once deposited the correct bonus
