The player from United Kingdom is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his funds. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
They have said at present that they are not wanting to process my withdrawal. Never experienced such shamefulness before and €406 is within their range, and is a decent amount that I won on one of their slots. I took a screenshot of it as well. Never experienced such behaviour before from a casino. Really needs someone to deal with meanness like this. Nasty customer service also. I hate the injustice that proceeds these type of people.
