I opened an account today at 888casino, deposit 100gbp then 124gbp, won 1300gbp at slots, then i was playing book of dead and got the free spins at £8bet, won another 1000 half way through the bonus(free spins) i got logged out, then I tried to log in and it says account temporarily disabled, checked my email and had an email saying that i need to send in my document and card, done this and wrote email to support. I received a reply that after my documents are verified they will CONSIDER reopening my account. So now I'm left without my winnings and they disabled my account because I won? Doesn't this look like a scam?

As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
Could you please advise which documents have you provided and when exactly? Have you submitted all documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?
