I have withdrawn twice from this casino. Both times are a major hassle. Firstly, it says there is live support, but it is NEVER available, so all communication must be done through emails. On my first withdrawal, they said my bank declined it due to " invalid details ". After several weeks of back and forth, it was finally deposited into my bank account. They assured me there would be no problems with my next withdrawal. 

So I made another withdrawal on the 11th of February, they sent me a confirmation of the withdrawal, waited longer and received the same notice as before, that my bank declined the deposit due to "invalid details "

I called my bank and asked them about it and they told me that they had not declined any deposits. They have no record of anyone attempting to make a deposit and no record of them ever declining one. So then I asked them to look back on the first withdrawal I made from the casino and they told me the same thing, they never declined a deposit at that time either

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I finally received my withdrawal today. My chief complaint however was that they told me that my bank had declined their deposit due to invalid details. This was the 2nd withdrawal I had with them. On the first deposit they had also said the same thing, that my bank had declined their deposit. After several weeks I finally received my money. They assured me that the next withdrawal would go smoothly.

So , this was the 2nd withdrawal. I got the same email from them again, that my bank had declined their deposit due to invalid details. After many emails back and forth, I finally received my 2nd withdrawal today. I will not use 888online again.

By the way, I have been fully verified with them for a very long time.
