I have withdrawn twice from this casino. Both times are a major hassle. Firstly, it says there is live support, but it is NEVER available, so all communication must be done through emails. On my first withdrawal, they said my bank declined it due to " invalid details ". After several weeks of back and forth, it was finally deposited into my bank account. They assured me there would be no problems with my next withdrawal.
So I made another withdrawal on the 11th of February, they sent me a confirmation of the withdrawal, waited longer and received the same notice as before, that my bank declined the deposit due to "invalid details "
I called my bank and asked them about it and they told me that they had not declined any deposits. They have no record of anyone attempting to make a deposit and no record of them ever declining one. So then I asked them to look back on the first withdrawal I made from the casino and they told me the same thing, they never declined a deposit at that time either
