The player from New Jersey has a problem with the withdrawal of $6,820.00. Despite the account has been verified, the withdrawal was canceled, the player cannot access his account and the inquiries go unanswered. The player did not respond to our questions for two weeks, therefore we rejected the complaint.

I initiated a partial withdrawal of $6,820.00 from my account on May 8, 2023, but the withdrawal has yet to be completed. My account has been verified by providing all the documentation that 888 required. The withdrawal was pending a review for two weeks, but then the withdrawal was cancelled. I have emailed supportnj@888.com at least 30 times asking for an update and more information. I repeatedly received the same response about a review of my account. The withdrawal was canceled by 888 after 2 weeks, but I still cannot access my account nor have I received my winnings. 


The questions in my emails go unanswered. I don’t understand why 888 won’t allow the withdrawal of my money.
