I have 161 usd on this site. I asked 1 week ago for a withdrawal request and although they have a policy of maximum 3 days to release the funds still the payout is pending. They have a standard response when I contacted them on chat "We will contact the processing department. wait for them to release the funds". But nothing happens.

We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of juniash2014. We would like to allow this case one more chance to be resolved and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory conclusion. The player sent us the following email:


Hello. 7 slots paid my first withdrawal as stated above but they are not paying my second small withdrawal. My account now stands at 99 usd. On live chat they are telling me that my account is under review. my second withdrawal have been submitted more than a week ago. I have a small activity there. If they have to review anything they can do in 2 minutes but this is just the old way to scam people... Here is they response on live chat.

Unfortunately, I don't have information about the exact dates for the completion of the revision. For our part, we are doing everything possible to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. No, their site states clearly that they need no more than 72 hours to pay and my account is fully verified. They are broke if they can't pay even 99 usd. 2 weeks since I placed this withdrawal request.
