The player from Australia reported that after winning $850 at a slot, the casino had delayed the withdrawal request, which led him to lose all his winnings. He suspected the casino of rigging and unfairly manipulating slots and asked for transparency and fairness. However, the Complaints Team stated that without solid proof of the player's claims, they could not proceed with the complaint. The team reminded the player that he was the one who had to provide sufficient evidence to support these claims, as winning $850 suggested that the games were not rigged. Therefore, the complaint had been rejected.

I won 850$ at the slot.

I immediately contact the support for verify my documents and then withdraw the money.I was pushing because I know that with the money in the account i risk to play again an loose.

They know too this problem and they try to take advantage to you.

They took all the time possible and found every excuse for don't allow me to withdraw.

The result is that I played and I lost.

I dont want to complaint for the money,I want to complaint because what they did is unfair and also I'm assume that they are RIGGED.

I say to them that it's easier hit the bonuses when you have a bonus active that force you to wagered 30/40/50 times than you don't have any active bonus.


They spoke about loyalty,RNG etc...

I ask them to show me the history of 100 random account and prove me that they don't manipulate the slot.


I ask also why there is such a big difference between a deposit and a withdrawal.Why so focus only for the withdrawal?


Result?

After hundreds mail they are not be able to prove their loyalty(probably because there isn't),and the answer for the withdraw don't make any sense at all.

Help me to expose them please!

I have roughly 100 emails where I try to have a prove that they are loyal and regular as they say.

Every time they give me answers that dont make any sense and also they are nothing to do with the loyalty etc...

It's my right ask to prove that what I said is true or I'm not be able to do nothing and I just need to accept that this Casino is rigged and he keep going to steal a lot of money to their clients?

They are allowed to say that they are legit and don't need to disclose nothing?

Thank you for your reply, Alex90trp. While I understand your frustration, let me remind you that it is you who accuses the casino of offering rigged games, therefore you are the one who must provide sufficient evidence to support these claims. I am afraid the casino owes you nothing here. You said in your first message that you won over $800 and this alone leads me to believe that your opinion is most likely incorrect. You wouldn't win anything or very little if the games were rigged, right?
