I received an email saying $20 deposit minimum and receive 200 spins so I deposited $25 btc and all bets are in btc and I can’t switch to usd and I don’t think they accept players from US but the Email doesn’t state that and it doesn’t allow me to text customer service and email kept spinning like hour glass so it wouldn’t go thru but why did they send me the email and it’s multiple emails day after day can I still have spins left and 0.40167 mBTC

~9.84 USD left I believe

  1. From deposited $25 bitcoin that I provided an attachment of there is $9.84 and most of the promo left I couldn’t tell how much I was betting because it was in Bitcoin I played some bets yes I can’t withdraw $9.84 because it’s too small of amount and I didn’t play enough to retrieve it. I received multiple emails from this casino and NEVER reached out to them .the emails with the bonus offers never said anywhere that US players aren’t qualified yet they took my deposit and didn’t say anything until I emailed them saying I couldn’t reach customer serve because it was blocked for me. . Also the law in Wisconsin states that no online casino is allowed to solicit a resident. Which they clearly did. Im asking for my $25 bitcoin deposit back into my wallet, why wasn’t it rejected? And they gave me my bonus spins before my Bitcoin was still pending and had zero or one confirmation when they credited my account. I provided all this information to the casino with pictures and to yourself on the previous email thanks

They sent me my bitcoin back and were very nice and sincere and everything I experienced was wonderful I just wish I could play there so if your not from the US checkout the list of countries that is okay to play and if you are allowed I suggest you give them a play so thank you Casino Guru and thanks 7bit casino my apologies and my bad your ok in my book and let Casino Guru know or myself when or if you are going to allow US players and I’ll be your customer 👏✌️👍😎🎰
