Case summary

The player from Washington had deposited funds and allegedly won $13,000, cashing out three times before the casino deactivated their account, citing that Americans weren't allowed to play. The casino had promised a refund of nearly $5,000 but provided inconsistent information and delayed the process for over a week. We reviewed the casino's documentation and found that the player had received the rest of their balance of 0.04088554 BTC, matching the amount left in their account. Since the player could not provide evidence of having $5,000 in their balance before the account was blocked, the complaint was rejected.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can better understand the situation.

  • When have you registered an account in the casino?
  • When have you deposited and played?
  • Could you please share your communication from the casino regarding their decision to only return your deposits? Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at tomas@casino.guru, or post screenshots here

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Dear 7Bit Casino team,

Could you please send the player's game history and transaction history to my email address (peter.m@casino.guru)?

Thank you 7Bit Casino team for providing the requested documents.

Dear Alaskanplayer907,

I've reviewed the files and here's what I found: Your last bet was on Elvis Frog in Vegas game on 11.6.2024 at 7:25 and after that, your balance was 0.04095935 BTC. According to the data, you successfully withdrew 0.04088554 BTC on 25.6.2024 at 15:14. This information suggests that the casino paid you your whole balance, and no more funds were left in the account.

Dear Peter, I am starting to feel like your not doing your real homework and i think its time i took things above the casino guru platform thank you foe your help but your last message is by far the most ignorant thing ive read on here well that and your platform that stated 7bit casino was allowed to except players from washington and the fact that you posted that on this forum tells me you false advertised something and intentionally led me astray which which is i do believe illegal ill be talking to my attorney my blood sucking ambulance chasing attorney to see of there are legal grounds for a law suit against whoever created this file. Also when you say you reviewed my account were you prehaps swamped with work or overwhlemed by the mathematics of it all? Either way 0.04095935 BTC was stated by 7bit to be left in my account when closed. But that does not equal the amount they credited my account 0.04088554 BTC cuz those 2 numbers are different aren't they? And another thing I stated in my emails to 7bit Elvis Frog wasnt my last game I playedfile they are lying the screen shot will show you the last 5 games I played according to my Google chrome history not the 7bit deleted stuff they sent you. Thank you Peter for getting these cheats to pay what they did, obviously this is how they cheat people I mean why does my account show less then what I had in it? Why did they tell me several emails it had been processed when it hadn't? Why would they care about $4,898 dollars because they will get there license yanked if they keep breaking the rules it's not my responsibility to not give them my card it's there responsibility to not process it when the zip code clearly says an unauthorized location so thank you but if they don't pay me im suing them as well. Good day Peter i hope I haven't embarrassed you or your platform to much being honest pays dividends and so does throughly documenting everything as I do. Good day, Sir Peter

FYI, Peter Elvis Frog is what I hit a 3500 us dollar jackpot on sending Mt total to over 5300 I played a few more spins on 2 other games before retiring to bed for it was around 4am PST. And I woke up ate and tried to log in and thats when all if this BS started so now they have obviously tampered with documents and lied to you I hope you will give these bastards the ranking they deserve.

Dear Alaskanplayer907,

The screenshots above don't prove that you had $5000 in your balance before your account was blocked. Without such evidence, I'm afraid, there's nothing we can do to help you. Unfortunately, I have no other choice but to reject your complaint. If you disagree with our decision, please turn to the casino's licensing authority (https://casino.guru/licensing-authorities/curacao-license-3) and submit a complaint to them. I wish I could be of more help.

Best regards,

Peter
