"I have a dispute with 7Bit Casino regarding the exchange rate of comp points. The casino advertised an exchange rate of 1 comp point equals 1.05 USD, as shown in the screenshot I took of the offer. Based on this rate, I exchanged around 800 comp points, expecting to receive a total of 840 USD (800 comp points x 1.05 USD). However, after the exchange, I only received 800 USD, reflecting an actual rate of 1 comp point equals 1.00 USD. This discrepancy between the advertised rate and the amount I received was never clarified, and when I raised the issue with customer support, it was not resolved. Subsequently, my account was deactivated, which I believe was unfair and related to my complaint I would like 7Bit Casino to honor the advertised exchange rate of 1 comp point equals 1.05 USD and provide me with the correct amount for the exchanged comp points. Specifically, I request that they pay the difference of 40 USD that I should have received based on the advertised rate (840 USD total instead of the 800 USD I was given). Additionally, I would like the casino to review their advertising practices to ensure that the exchange rates are accurately displayed and honored in the future. Restoring my account access and addressing this issue transparently would be a fair resolution."

Hello Yacobnocita,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with 7Bit Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

  • Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly?
  • Did you ever claim comp points in the past?
  • If yes, did you receive them in correct amount?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

No I didn't receive $800 all I received was $8.40 my dispute is for $$832 USD not. $40 USD at that exchange rate I was supposed to receive $840 instead I only received 1.05 US dollars for every 100 comp points that I exchanged so I only received total $8.40 altogether but was expecting $840

I am writing to dispute the exchange rate applied to my comp points at 7Bit Casino. The casino advertised an exchange rate of 1 comp point equals 1.05 USD, as shown in the screenshot I took of the offer. Based on this rate, I exchanged around 800 comp points, expecting to receive a total of 840 USD (800 comp points x 1.05 USD). However, I only received 8.40 USD, which reflects an actual rate of 1.05 USD for every 100 comp points. This discrepancy between the advertised rate and the amount I received was never clarified.

After raising the issue with customer support, I was informed that the display of the exchange rate was a "visual error" and that the correct exchange rate was supposed to be 1.05 USD for every 100 comp points. However, this "visual error" was present before, during, and after my exchanges, misleading me about the actual value of my comp points.

To resolve this dispute, I request the following:

1. 7Bit Casino honors the advertised exchange rate of 1 comp point equals 1.05 USD and credits me the remaining 831.60 USD owed (the difference between the 840 USD I was expecting and the 8.40 USD I received).

2. My account access is restored, as deactivating my account following my complaint is an unfair response to a legitimate dispute.

3. 7Bit Casino reviews and corrects its display practices to ensure exchange rates are accurately presented to avoid misleading customers in the future.

I look forward to a prompt and fair resolution to this matter.

Dear ,

After reviewing the casino website, we can confirm that the exchange rate you received is correct. Every source indicates that the exchange rate is per 100 Comp Points.

You can check it here: https://7bitcasino.com/bitpoints-exchange

Seemingly the exchange window had an issue but the terms and VIP system still prevails over such window. According to that, you received the correct amount of money.

Is there anything else we could assist you with?

Regards,

Nick

Hi I think this is bull crap cuz it clearly shows that I was supposed to get 1.05 US dollars for every one comp point I exchanged it even says I successfully exchanged at that rate so what are you guys talking about that's clearly false advertising

It does sound like a potential case of misleading or false advertising, especially if the exchange window issue wasn’t clearly communicated upfront and led to you receiving less than expected. In situations where promotions or offers are linked to specific conditions, like a VIP system or other bonus structures, it’s crucial that these terms are fully transparent. If the promotional material or terms gave the impression that the exchange window or bonus would yield a certain amount without specifying restrictions or technical limitations, you could argue that it set an incorrect expectation.

False advertising occurs when a business makes statements that are misleading or leave out critical information that impacts customer decisions. If you were led to believe you’d receive a specific amount or benefit based on the exchange window, and then the company retroactively relies on unclear or hidden terms to explain a discrepancy, it might be grounds for a claim. You may want to raise this with customer service or even regulatory bodies, as transparency and clear communication are typically required for promotional offers

Dear Yacobnocita,

Thank you for your patience as we reviewed this matter.

To clarify, there was no false advertising involved. All sources, aside from the exchange table, displayed the correct exchange rate, as demonstrated in my previous message. Please keep in mind that every bonus is a gesture of goodwill from the casino, intended as complimentary "funds" for the player.

As confirmed, the exchange rate was accurately presented within the casino’s rules and VIP table, and you received the correct amount of points accordingly. Based on these findings, we will now proceed to close the complaint.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Nick
