The player from the Philippines had won using an initial bonus and was asked to deposit PHP 300 to withdraw. After fulfilling additional game tasks and upgrading to VIP by depositing PHP 1,000, they still could not withdraw their winnings as the process stopped after entering the withdrawal password. We were unable to proceed with the investigation due to the player's lack of response to our inquiries. Consequently, the complaint was rejected.

I registered on this online casino and played with their initial bonus of php100. I won and was asked to deposit 300 to be able to wothdraw certain amount of my winning. So i did. Then i tried to withdraw again and was asked to do some game tasks before i could withdraw i did nd finished the tasks. When I try to withdraw i was asked again to add some details on the mode of yransfer i prefer i did and was asked to deposit php1,000 first to be a vip member and finish the process. I did and then try to play more. I win more and want ro withdraw some of my winnings. To my dismay i still cannot withdraw. The processing stops after i enter my set withdrawal password.
