Hello, i got 7 doller no deposit bonus.. That went well and i reached at 100% wegar with 200 doller balance remain.. Than they gave me 77 doller money in my real balance and cut the remain as term and condition.. I played ankh on anubis on 200 rs or around 2.7 doller bet and got more than 400x on bas game anubis wild hit.. So my balance up to 1200 doller or around 97000rs. I did bonus hunt with that real money(97000) which i won from 77 doller (got free spin on 12 game here which i decided to play later) , I deposited and request for withdrawal for request 3000 rs. Got it.. Then played one of the free spin called game name legacy of Egypt(won that free spin with real money which casino give me after 100% wegar that is 77 doller) got around 12000rs from free spin. Request another withdraw of 10000 rs. Recivie it successfully. Then they block my account by telling that i pause bonus money free spin.. And withdraw more than 77 doller.. But i won all money with 77 doller. Please see this matter.. I have screenshot of that all 12 games free spin..

Hello sir, my winning generated with real money.. Means i got 7 doller, completed wegar successfully. When i completed wegar successfully my bonus balance was around 200 doller. After 100% wegar thay add 77 doller to my real money account.. Than i played around 2.7 doller bet. In my currency exactly 200 rs. Bet. I hit around 90000 rs. On base game hit with that 200rs. Bet. As this all is my real money so i did a bonus hunt.. Which screen shot i will send by email.. And all other detail will send on email. Casino blame that i did bonus hunt with bonus money but thay can see my time.. They add 77 doller in my real account after successfull wegar then i hit that 90000 rs hit on 200rs. Bet.. So it must be my real money

I've checked all the information you have sent us. Based on what I've seen, it looks like you used the free spins - which you saved for later - with real money. However, those saved free spins were generated from the bonus money and not the real balance, therefore your balance was mixed with bonus and that is why the casino closed your account due to bonus abuse. Unfortunately, they had right to do it as the free spins have to be used together with the bonus and can't be saved for later. If it would be allowed, players would just stack hundreds of free spins and than later use it with real money. Could you please advise if there was any deposit refunded? How much money did you deposit into the casino?

Sir i didnt mix it with bonus money.. That all free spin i got from real money. I waa doing bonhs hunt. Thay add 77 doller in my account and than i played ankh of anubis with 200rs, bet and won around 90000 rs. Please ask casino to send the detail of my round. Ask only for when my successfull wegar completed and they add 77 doller and the time i hit ankh of anubis with 200rs. Ask tham to send both screenshot time.. Actully i won big so they are doing this.

That was not with the bonus money.. Sir. My account is closed so cant usem else i will send you that screenshot.. Just believe once. If i stop free spin with bonus money why i complain here. For example If casino have maximum cashout like 50 doller, and the the time of our 100% wegaring our balance on 120 doller, than casino credit 50 doller in account that is maximum cashout.. And remaining 70 doller they debited.. Now we have 50 doller in our account as a real money, if we start play with that 50 doller real money balance and hit like 500 doller can we withdraw that 500 doller or we only allow to withdraw 50 doller.?

Sir i dont have game log as I didn't aware that they can block account. Let me explain whole matter

I got 7 dollar no deposit bonus here, that went very good and i successfully wegar it..

When my wegar completed, my bonus balance was around 200 doller, than casino debit 77 doller and my real balance and credited the left amount.. Now i had around 77 doller in my real balance. And i played ankh of anubis with that real account balance on 200rs. Bet and hit around 90000rs. On base game anubis wild. ( this is the balance from which i did bonus hunt and stop game on free spin, which casino claim that i stop game on free spin with bonus money but that win was with real balance) after that 90k rs hit i did bonus hunt and got 12 bonus ( which i stop just to play later as i generally do or any slot player do) in between i deposited 2 times withdraw 2 time( both deposit and withdraw was successfull) after first withdraw i open game which i stop before to play and got some win, played crash or cash too, and other slots too.. than casino block my account.. .. Please ask casino just the time when i completed my wegar and i hit that 90000rs. Win ( everything will clear on that point.) still i have some screen shot which i take while playing slot and stop which showing my balance on real money. Will attach some.. The time casino close my account i had 11 bonus to play which i hunt with that 90k balance and 13000 rs in my real balance..

I was able to analyze the case with the casino representative.

In this case, the problem caused the free spins, which you kept for later, as you confirmed before.

The bonus that you took had a maximum cashout limitation of $77. You took $77 and kept the free spins that had no monetary value after cashing out. (Whatever you would win from these free spins would exceed $77 max cashout amount). Later on, you used this free spins and won, but all this balance was without any monetary value, so all subsequent winnings were void.

What you did is in every casino prohibited, and it is called delaying bonus rounds.

I am sorry but based on the casino evidence; We believe that the casino had the right to close your account and confiscate the winnings.

We are rejecting this complaint based on what is written above and because Nilesh Kumar didn't reply to our last message.
