The player from Canada signed up at 777 casino using a promocode for free spins from an affiliate site, but has not received those spins. The casino's customer service said the promocode was for a different casino and then claimed the player did not enter a promocode. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.

I was looking for a new casino to try out and I found 777 casino on nodepositkings.com and signed up on July 24. The site gave me a promocode to enter when signing up which was 1LUCKY7, I entered it when registering and once I was finished I couldn't seem to get the spins. I contacted customer support who told me they would look into it and that I should verify my email and phone which I did. After that rhe agent had disconnected me, so I went back and got another live agent who also said they would look into it and when they came back they told me it was only for 888 casino and that I wasn't entitled to it. I then assured them it was for 777 casino and that i have never signed up to there sight before and they should honor there advertising. After that they proceeded to tell me I did not enter a promocode and now thats the reason I don't get the spins. I just find it disgusting when a casino can't honor 77 spins at 10 cents each! The greed of these people make me wonder how they have anyone playing at there sight at all. I would not recommend any sight that treats there customers this way. I have the screenshot that its 777 casinos ad not 888 and the promocode is right there.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. What was the exact reason why a promotional offer couldn’t have been applied to your account? Have you tried to communicate this issue with casino? If there’s any relevant communication, please forward it to petronela.k@casino.guru.

Meanwhile, please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for not giving you a bonus automatically especially if the promo code was advertised on a different affiliate website.
