Hi I told 500 that I had a bad gambling problem and to close my account they never acted on this as soon as 500 knew I had a gambling problem they should of restricted my Acount but they never after a few weeks I went on to lose again the. I did they same thing tell them and magically they restricted my Acount but why didn’t they do this at the first time. I told them ? And no I didn’t send a email as I was in such a bad way because of losing my head was all over the place there licensing laws says they have to protect promblem gambers as soon as gambling problem mentioned they need to act on it but 500 casino never did
