The player's deposit did not arrive for unknown reason. The complaint was resolved as the player received his money.
I deposited via PayOP and the money has long since been credited to the casino (if you deposit via the bank app, you will be shown that the money has arrived at the recipient)
I have provided the live chat with all the screenshots of the bookings several times and we always just said it will be forwarded and you will get in touch by email. Unfortunately, no email ever arrives. So it's the same problem as with the one review from the casino.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

As already written, my bank has confirmed that the money has already been credited to the casino... So it has already reached them
Can you please invite the casino representative to comment on this? As I said, they have all the proof of the transfer and the money has already arrived at their bank. As I said, according to the reviews, it doesn't seem to be an isolated case that the account is not credited even though the money has long been with them.

Can you please advise when exactly did you deposit and when did you send the confirmation from the bank to the casino.
On April 13, 2023 I paid in and then sent the casino the proof, the booking went out and my app confirmed that the money had been received by the casino, as it was an instant transfer.
10 days have passed and it still hasn't arrived. The live support who is supposed to give me such great updates only writes standard answers ...
