Based on the screenshot you shared with me, this seems to be a website different from 4raBet Casino. I would advise against making any deposits to the website altogether, as the reasons for deposits are similar to those used by scam websites.

My observations:

1) the rules the live chat refers to are different from the rules found on the official website 4rabet.com

2) the website is different from the casino the complaint is about, nor does it appear to be a valid mirror

3) the layout of the website seems different from the layout of 4rabet.com
