I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

  • Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino?
  • Have you contacted the payment provider already? Ideally, they should be part of the investigation.

The deposit receipt seems to be from October 12, but the deposit history you posted 2 days ago doesn't show any unsuccessful deposits from that date.

I am a bit confused now. If the payment was marked as successful in your casino deposit history and the payment provider confirmed that the deposit was processed, how do you know the deposit has not been credited to your casino account, especially when you make multiple deposits each day you play?

I am sorry, I was really trying to help and understand which deposit you are talking about. In your deposit history, I only see one deposit from the same date and time as your deposit receipt, and the payment is marked as successful. When I asked you to mark which deposit in your deposit history hasn't been credited you failed to do so and sent me a screenshot of your deposit history from November instead of October. I also haven't found any match in transaction IDs and the payment provided didn't detect any issues with the payment.

Since you don't want to proceed with this complaint, I can only recommend you try to resolve the issue again with the casino and the payment provider, and next time your deposit is not credited, do not deposit more money into your casino account before the missing payment is found to avoid any confusion.
