i have created an account on 4rabet casino , i have submitted my kyc document with my selfie and adhar card details and OTP. My profile was then verified and I have also received 2 withdraw of small amount in my bank account. But this time when I won big and made a withdraw of Inr.6930, 4rabet casino cancelled my withdraw and suspended my casino account. Now I am unable to log in to my account and they have cancelled my withdraw and captured all the money.When I contacted the customer care executive, they have not provided me any valid reason for capturing my money, they just keep saying that your account verification has failed. But before withdrawal my account was already verified. On further asking customer care said that this is our final decision and we will not unblock your account. This is fraud . Please Casino guru help me out.

  • What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, betting on sports) 
  • Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus?

1. I have been the member of the casino since 22 Nov 2024. I have verified my kyc on 28th Nov,2024 and I have also received a withdraw on the same day.My account was blocked and my winnings was confecated on 29th Nov, when I made a withdraw request on inr 6930.

2. I am sending you the relavent screenshot and the mails which I have received from the casino at tomas@casino.guru

3. I have accumulated my winnings betting on sport games.

4. Yes I have achieved the current balance with the help of bonus provided by the casino. I had deposited I nr 2500 and received inr 5000 bonus(200% bonus), that required 5× wagering and I had completed the required wagering before making the withdrawal request.

Please understand that if you mainly placed bets on sports betting, with a sports-betting bonus and your account has been blocked, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation. There are many multiple-account strategies used by players focusing on sports betting. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
