The player from India is facing issues with 4rabet casino--after submitting for verification to allow withdrawals, their account was blocked despite initially being told it had successfully completed verification. Customer support has not responded.

I am playing on 4rabet from last two years ,I have 16 k on my account yesterday I applied for verification because I can't got my withdrawal so I applied and now today they are showing that your account is blocked due to failed verification else yesterday they are saying you have completed the verification now they blocked my account please help me sir and the customer support is also not giving any reply

I give my aadharcard to casino site for verification on 11 April at estimated time 2 pm, and I speak with casino on 12 and 13 April in login page it's showing your verification is failed that so your account is blocked I tried to many times but they are not unlocking my account they are saying that I have break their rules I didn't do anything I played fairly and won in blackjack ,I gave them my aadharcard to verify and then suddenly at 3.26 am 12 April I received mail that my account is getting blocked I didn't know which document are verified they didn't ask me for another document after aadhar verification
