Thank you for the replying.

I am focusing on Betting games ( Aviator ) while my account was live.

Yes,INR 200,000 ( Dispute Value ) was in my account.

I accumulate my winnings without an active bonus.

For more information they asked me face verification only for account verification.

Please help me for the resolve the issue.

I have deposited INR 30000 which is too much for me.

As per response given by them i have violeted the rules of website ( I have been not verified ).


They asked me only for face verification which was done successfully as we as E-mail and Phone number verification.

I cant understand which verification left by me.

As per last conversation with them on Telegram due to multiple accounts my accounts was blocked.


I don't have multiple accounts on 4Rabet Casino.

Hello,


Thank you for replying.


I don't have multiple accounts.

If i have multiple accounts then why i got an E-mail your account has been verified and Your gaming account has been successfully replenished with 5000 INR. Now you can start playing and betting!


After deposit the amount i started bat on the platform and won and created 5 request for withdrawal money but not successful after 2 days i got reply your request not completed due to insufficient balance. while that time sufficient amount in the account.And suddenly i got an Email your account has been blocked due to verification failed.


This is not correct way to treat like this.


My request to Casino Guru team please look into the subject matter and help me to unblock my account and i can withdrawal my winning amount 200000 INR.
