The player from India had deposited and won on 4rabet. However, after he successfully submitted the requested verification documents, the casino blocked his account for failed verification. The player had been using the account for three days, had deposited 4000 Rs, wagered a bonus, and won 740 Rs through sports betting. We informed the player that due to the nature of his activities, predominantly sports betting, we were unable to assist. We offered to provide a list of websites that might be able to help him with his issue and closed the complaint.

Hello sir,


I recently deposited 4000 in 4 rabet and earned 8764 and I submitted the asked details like liveface capture, aadhar, mail id verification and successfully verifed the documents but after 10 hrs they blocked my account stating that your account is blocked due to failed verification but I submitted all genuine information required

1. I am using this account just 3 days back 

My account is blocked today (20 may 2024) 


2. When iam trying to login in to my account they are showing that your account is blocked due to failed verification but I given the correct details of my aadhar card which is also verified by OTP last day night I completed the filling of details and got approved by the app .


3.Yes, I deposited 4000 rs and get 4000 rs by wagering the bounus and got 740 by placing a bet


4. I played betting on sports bet on cricket, football, etc.. 


5. Iam sharing the screenshot of the conversation  to the mail you provided and I didn't done any violation on this and they didn't mention any reason that I voilated.
