4rabet site trying to scam me. I am a new user and my first withdrawal (amount 10500) was received within 24 hours. But I deposited money again and won money after playing the game.. Now these people asked me for verification and I mailed all the documents on the same day (4th April) which were asked from me.


I am not getting any response after sending all the documents Neither reply to any mail nor got any reply on live chat... Today it's been six days but no response has come from their side, thats why i am writing my review here after being frustrated by their support team. i hope i get full help from here 🙏

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

I have also sent all the documents for complete verification, But it has been so many days and no reply is being received as to why there is so much delay in verification and no reply is being given to my mail. I messaged the live chat support on the site as well but didn't get a reply from that either.
