Hello


I have played and won at 4kingslots casino. I won and withdrew 460 euro. It is already more than 2 weeks that I wait fro the payment from them. I have contacted the casino by email - severla times. No replies. While in chat - I am always told to wait for email - which I also never receive. Please, help.

Do I understand correctly that the payment is still pending inside your account without being processed?
