Good afternoon, I signed up on Casino 499Win (www.499win.com) and won R$ 8.00 that they offer on missions (like downloading the app, registering an account, and so on). I played on the platform and withdrew R$ 40.00 on the 12/09/23; continued playing and took out another R$ 120.00 on the 16/09/23. The same day I tried to withdraw again but it was canceled because I needed to upgrade to a VIP level to make new withdrawals. I made deposits and reached VIP level 3, but I was unable to withdraw the limit which is R$ 380.00 (as shown in the attached image).


I contacted support and they said I had to complete another task to make the withdrawal. This task was to reach VIP level 4, where I would need to deposit an additional R$ 700.00. After this, my account on the platform was blocked. I can access it but I can't play because there is an error (attached image).


In total, I made deposits of R$ 280.00 on the platform and withdrawals of R$ 160.00. I have R$ 580.00 on the platform which I can't withdraw or use.


I need your assistance to resolve this issue.
