I withdrew £500 last November and despite messaging every day the money was credited back to my account in February for no reason, I then withdrew again and it was credited back in May for no reason. I then withdrew for the third time and am still waiting. Every time I message I get the same standard response and am unable to contact anyone else to see what is happening and why the originals were declined as I cannot understand why.

Any help would be appreciated as I only want what is owing to me.

When exactly did you request for a withdrawal for the first time? Is your account verified and if yes, since when? What is the casino's respond when you contact them with this issue? Did you accumulate your winnings from real money or did you use a bonus?

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of 4 Crowns Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 4 Crowns Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
