The player's withdrawal is delayed for over a month. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino has no reaction policy.
Withdrew £1000 on 24th December 2022, on the 4th of Jan 2023 they reversed it for no reason. Now I've been waiting over a month for this withdrawal, I've actually taken some legal advice and my solicitor operates in their location area so will be pursuing them for compensation via court. This is absolutely disgusting to treat people like this, it's not right and it's my main focus to see this casino site taken down and the owners given prison time.

I've spoken to the casino everyday since before Christmas, it was real money, yes my account is verified.
It's funny because it's now showing on their site as complete, I spoke to one of their team today and it seems they are saying the funds will be with me shortly. Could possibly be resolved but I will update you as soon as I have the funds.

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as unresolved. This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 4 Crowns Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
