I deposited on the 7th Feb. Played through the wagering requirements. Withdrew on the same day after checking the site for time frames, the site sais 24 to 48 hours. After completing the withdrawal I received an email stating it will be paid in 7 to 21 business days. Here I am at 27 business days and still no payout

Yea it's my first withdrawal. My account is fully verified. I did have a bonus but I played it through fully.


I have messaged on chat a few times about it and just keep getting told to wait and it will be sorted when it's sorted.
