After completing the withdrawal I received an email stating it will be paid in 7 to 21 business days. Here I am at 27 business days and still no payout

Yea it's my first withdrawal. My account is fully verified. I did have a bonus but I played it through fully.
I have messaged on chat a few times about it and just keep getting told to wait and it will be sorted when it's sorted.
