thwre terms an conditions state 24/48 hours

my account is fully verified email to state this also

everytime I contact live chat I get the same copy an paste messages saying please be patient

wondering if you could intervene and please help

Was this your first ever withdrawal request? When exactly did you finis the verification of your account?

Note, that we always recommend to wait at least 14 days after verification for the money to arrive on your account if it's your first ever withdrawal request. Contacting them however won't make this process faster and even may slow it down.

Yes this my first withdrawel request received an email that states my account is fully verified

surely it doesn’t take that long to process a withdrawel

no bonus was used either played and won fair and square with my own money

Am confused as live chat said processed then said I can message the department to speed it up ?? If it’s processed he wouldn’t need to messsge anyone would he

In this case it is clearly only matter of time. As I mentioned above, be sure to wait 14 days after finishing the verification for the money to arrive. Could you please advise when exactly did they confirm the verification?

I will set the timer to 7 days and if the money would not arrive during next week, we will definitely intervene.

I have now been told that the colleague got mixed up and it hasn’t been processed and is still in awaiting could you please intervene with the above casino

I have read they leave customers constantly without there withdrawel wish I had seen all this before depositing with them

how can they tell me it’s processed then tell me it’s not and said the agent got confused so bizarre I just want what I won fair an square

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease of rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of 4 Crowns Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 4 Crowns Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
