hi there I made an account with four crowns I deposited £15 then it kept saying sorry your phone is not compatible for this game but it let me deposit its a total scam and these people need stopping I've been asking now for 6 weeks for my refund and I keep being told to have some patients but when I first asked for refund I was told I could have it as I ain't allowed to.play the casino games and it would take 14 working days how hard can it be to refund my money to a place I've the deposit from can you please raise this complaint for me and stop this from happening to other customers as ghe reviews I've read are absolutely disgusting how are they being allowed to steal people's winnings it's wrong .

When exactly did you deposit into the casino? When was the last time the casino responded to you and what was it about? Did you provide them any payment details where should you get back your refund?

hi nick it's been 7 weeks today when I first deposited £15 and yes they have my bank details to refund me and I also contacted them last night before I contacted you and was told again to be patient as its out of there hands and they have also blocked my account so I can't even check the status of my refund and they said its what they do when someone asks for a refund this is so annoying as it didn't take this long for them to deposit my account with my money I just think it's so funny as as soon as I deposited right away it kept saying I'm not compatible with the fourcrowns casino but I qas allowed to deposit sounds like a scam to me . Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of 4 Crowns Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 4 Crowns Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
