Been waiting for my withdrawal to be processed since 24th February 2022. Customer service just say sorry for the delay rest assured it will be processed asap.

Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.

Yes, the withdrawal status is set to Awaiting and has been like that since I requested the withdrawal on the 24th February.
I have spoken to the live support multiple times and kept getting told it can take up to 21 business days to process all required checks. This number of days has now passed and I just get a message saying they apologise for the delay but I don’t get any other reasoning to why it hasn’t been processed. I have request for a direct contact to the payments team and they were not able to give me that.
I wish I had seen the reviews of this casino before joining!
