I am waiting for withdrawal of £5000 it has been 37 days. Previously I have recieved withdrawals twice from this casino. One for 1700 and 2nd was 3300. Xhat says ig is always awaiting inspection but are very un helpful

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without active bonus? Is the withdrawal still pending in your account or it has been processed already?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is really a long time. However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I have asked for bank transfer- it is now 46 days- xhat says it is still pending and under their usual checking process. Chat shuts down if I ask for a time frame for completion

I did take a bonus but fully wagered and followed t&c.

having now gone past 7 weeks and chat just giving me the same copy and paste responses every day I can only assume they have no intention of paying me my winnings. I have been a loyal customer. I have gambled around £8000, withdrew already around £4000. I am classed as a VIP with them. However all of a sudden they are seemingly planning to steal my winnings from me. I am upset and hope this comes as a warning to anyone reading this. All they have to do is pay out and be honourable and fair.

A few weeks ago- live chat told me the maximum checking time was 60 days but they assured me I should get withdrawal before this. It is now 60 days. Emails are basically now ignored. Live chat tell me the same answers "be patient" "don't be suspicious" "trust we are doing everything as quickly as possible" "we cannot tell you when this will be complete" . I am now certain they will not pay me- it is disgusting behaviour- please anyone reading this be aware they will keep you playing with big bonuses and then they will just steal your winnngs- keeping it pending for months and hoping you will play with more deposits.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
