Hello, I made a deposit of 30 euros on 01/02/2023 and then played with 60 euros because I used a bonus, on 01/05/2023 I successfully converted the bonus and wanted my converted profit of 2200 euros cash out.
5 days later, on January 10th, 2023, it says that my payout has been rejected because an alleged bonus manipulation has been determined, my complete profit of 2200 euros is now gone and I was only given the amount of 30 euros to pay out. A bottomless cheek what's going on, would like to have that clarified! If you need photos or other data let me know, I took a photo of everything.

Hallo, habe am 02.01.2023 eine Einzahlung in Höhe von 30 Euro getätigt und habe dann mit 60 Euro gespielt da ich ein Bonus angewendet habe, am 05.01.2023 habe ich den Bonus erflogreich konvertiert und wollte somit meinem umgewandelten Gewinn in Höhe von 2200 Euro auszahlen lassen.
5 Tage später also den 10.01.2023 heißt es das meine Auszalung abgelehnt worden ist weil eine angebliche Bonusmanipulation festgestellt worden ist, mein kompletter Gewinn in Höhe von 2200 Euro ist jetzt weg und mir wurde nur der Betrag von 30 Euro zur Auszahlung gegeben. Eine bodenlose Frechheit was da abgeht, würde das gerne geklärt haben! Falls sie Fotos oder sonstige Daten brauchen lassen Sie es mich wissen, habe von allem ein Foto gemacht.

Strangely enough, you can't check whether or not you're verified or I'm just blind and can't find it. I took the bonus from a Twitch streamer named Anna. The casino only stated that I should have violated a bonus manipulation. Yesterday I spoke to 2 of the support staff, one told me that I would get an email that said the same thing as the message I received from the casino site, the other said that I would like my converted profit will get 100% and that it should only have been a transaction error.
It all sounds very strange and dubious.

Komischerweise kann man nicht nachschauen ob oder ob man nicht verifiziert ist oder ich bin einfach blind und finde es nicht. Den Bonus habe ich von eine Twitch-Streamerin genommen die Anna heißt. Das Casino hat nur angegeben das ich gegen eine Bonusmanipulation verstoßen haben soll. Gestern habe ich zuletzt mit 2 vom Support gesprochen, der eine hat mir gesagt das ich eine Email bekommen werde in der drin das gleich drin steht wie in der Nachricht die ich über die Casino Seite bekommen habe, der andere hat gesagt das ich mein umgewandelten Gewinn zu 100% bekommen werde und das das nur ein Transaktionsfehler gewesen sein soll.
Klingt alles sehr kurios und unseriös.
