can you please help me regarding my withdrawal with 24 Monaco having read so many reviews about their withdrawal system I can see that’s there’s plenty of their customers are unhappy with how they been treated and not paying out, in starting to feel really uncomfortable about it. Their customer service is so poor it takes them two days sometime to reply.
basically I made a withdrawal on 7th And 9th of November it’s saying that it’s been processed but their only reply is it will be with you as soon as possible I’ve sent them several emails asking them if the timescale but no clear answer. It does state on their website that it only takes within 24 hours once it’s been approved.
Im worries about how many complaints about their withdrawal and I can see that there’s a ongoing complaints about them.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance.
