The player from the UK has been waiting for his withdrawal since September. We ended up closing the complaint as ‘unresolved’ because the casino failed to reply.
On 30th September 2021 I withdrew £500 via bank transfer. I have still not received these funds.
prior to this I completed the verification process and had this confirmed by the casino that I could successfully withdraw.
I have sent many many emails to the casino (the only way to contact them) and they have sent only a very few "copy paste" vague replies not answering my queries.

Yes I have withdrawn small amounts before (less than £100) and have received the funds.
it does not show in my pending withdrawals, leading be to believe it has been processed on the casinos end.
the only other communication I have had with the casino was back in August when I was checking how to verify my account. As you can see from the attached screenshots I have uploaded the relevant Paperwork.

I note that on previous complaints made towards this casino they have never replied. I have also send them an email from my casino account informing them of this complaint and asking them to reply so we can resolve this and I can get my money.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
