Thanks for your prompt response. I have uploaded documents to be verified and messaged them but they didnt respond. If they cant pay my winning at least they should refund my deposit. I later went online to read reviews about them, all had fund issues with them and called them scammers. What I heard they always do is close your account and never return funds. They have never replied any of my messages. Pls read reviews elsewhere about them , you will understand them better. Many cheers
