This casino has not processed my withdrawal and it is now past the timescale given. They have also ignored all correspondence and refuse to update me accordingly or contact me regarding it

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hi, I requested the withdrawal 4 full weeks ago and 21 working days as per their policy. It still says ‘awaiting’ on the account. Verification is complete and I am fully verified on there. I’ve had no confirmation that it has been approved, they just keep repeating the same thing that it is undergoing checks. But as I said, I am completely verified and gave all the relevant documents and bank account details. Thank you

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 24CasinoBet. I wish I could be of more help.
