I’ve been waiting nearly 3 months for this casino to pay me my winnings every time I live chat them they say the same thing that it’s with the financial team and will update me via email which I never receive although they constantly message me with bonuses but never over my account or withdrawal

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you to wait for a withdrawal for nearly three months.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost three months is an unusually long time.

However, I hope that you will receive your winnings eventually. Thank you in advance for your reply.

My winning status says awaiting an has been like that for the entire time since the time I withdraw it am constantly asking for updates and all I get it’s with the financial team please be patient they will process it as soon as possible, that’s been said to me every time I ask in the last 3 months 🙁 I opted bank transfer I’ve even asked for the direct email for the financial team which they never give me

I’ve been on to them yet again today and am still getting the same message about there being a delay and they will email when there is an update even though they apparently have emailed the financial team on more than one occasion!

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of 24CasinoBet to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from 24CasinoBet. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
