we have 2 points to make:

1) withdrawal delayed/withheld - not true

We see no withdrawals in this players account that has been delayed or withheld

From what we can see all withdrawal requests have been accepted and completed on our side..

Maybe some bank server delays, that put a slight delay on the actual processing of payments from bank to bank, which is common in India, but that is beyond our control.

2) no response from our team - not true

We have responded to this player within 30 minutes from him raising his issue to our team
