The player from India requested a withdrawal. It was cancelled and resent to someone else's bank account without the player's knowledge. The casino found out the account was hacked. The casino recommended to the player to reset the password and to use a stronger one. The player later confirmed he received his funds back to the casino account. The complaint is resolved.

Actually yesterday I requested for withdrawal of Rs.22000 from my 24betting account.The request was made and waiting for approval.After some time automatically that request cancelled and new request was raised it is not done by me it automatically made.And that request is approved by Casio cash desk .I didn't got the amount till now. kindly do the needful

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

I had an withdrawal request after that my request automatically cancelled and new request was made that request not done by me. Your team is cheating all the people.You are not telling who is made that withdrawal and account details you are not giving.

I requested for SBI bank account of transaction ID 5735989 of 22000. The request automatically cancelled and new request taken placed transaction ID 5736677. I asked with your executive he told that federal bank account amount transferred. The request number 5736677 not done me it automatically happened.All done by your company itself.

I didn't entered any wrong bank account number.i requested for SBI bank account and your official not transferred amount to my account.I don't have account number ending 8887. You company done a fraud and transferred money to your account only.

Make sure you have set strong passwords to your accounts!


Otherwise hackers can log into your account and make withdrawals of your money to their bank accounts!


Go to My Account --> Change Password.


What is a strong password:

-         At least 8 characters

-         At least 1 UPPERCASE character

-         At least 1 number

-         At least 1 special character

-         Include a unique word such as wife or child or pet


Example:


NOT GOOD: 24betting123


GOOD: KishoreFreddy78%$

we have just credited your ac 25,000 INR, a little extra above 22,000 for compensation caused of stress.


your ac was hacked into by same people as other complaint on casino guru because you had weak password, which was not our fault.


but we have compensated you now anyway.
