The player from India has deposited money into his account, but the funds seem to be lost. Casino provided evidence that player have multiple accounts so we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

I have deposited 3 times. Each times 100Rs means total 300 Rs.. 24 betting.com customer executive names Peter and Tom have told me to wait for 48 hours..but i have waited for 92 hours, after waiting for 4 days, they are not responding to my messege.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposits have never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if you have contacted your payment provider/bank already? Which payment method you have used?

I have used phonepe. And Phone replied that amount is already reached merchant

Additional comments from player:

"I did deposit on 31st December... amount is debited from my bank account but did not credit to 24 betting account. I have raised complaint several times then also 24 betting customer telling me to raise complaint again and again. They are also lieying, one time they told that amount will be credited within 48 hours, but 48 hours over then they told me to wait 24 hours that also over later they told yesterday night that amount will be credited within 2 hours...but already 12 hours over now..now they are replying me. Pls solve this issue. Worst site is 24 betting.com"

We would like to ask the 24betting Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
