The player from India stated that a deposit of 1600₹ via UPI hadn't been credited to his 24betting account, despite the bank's confirmation of the successful transaction. He claimed to have forwarded an email from the casino, asserting they had received the payment. We requested the player to share his correspondence with the casino for further investigation. However, the player did not respond to our messages within the given time frame. Consequently, we couldn't investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Dear Casinoguru Team

I deposited 1600₹ through UPI on 10 January 2024 at 15:12:44 Amount has been deducted from my Bank Account and the transaction is successful from my Side but They hold my Deposit without reason and not credited my Deposit of 1600₹ in my 24betting Account.I scanned the provided QR Code on their site and then sent that amount and entered UTR Number but they're saying that Amount not received by them while my Bank Has already confirmed that the amount has been successfully settled to the Beneficiary's Bank Account.

Kindly investigate this matter and help me in adding my Fund.

Could you please advise if you’ve submitted a ticket with Casino Customer Support and received any reply already? If you haven’t contacted the casino directly, please go to the website (https://24betting.com/casino), then open the live chat, and the live chatbot will immediately give options:

1) deposit problems

2) withdrawal problems

3) bet problems 

Click on the relevant button and input relevant details that bot asks. It is very fast and efficient. If you’ve already done so and received any kind of reply from the casino, please forward it to tomas@casino.guru and specify the ticket number.

I have Farwarded the Email received by them but They're saying wrong because they have received the amount.My friend also face same issue while 24betting already received his payment.Kindly check and help me.

They payment was sent Manually by scanning QR code.And you know well that the fund transferred by Scanning QR Code cannot refund automatically also my Bank has confirmed that the fund has been successfully settled to the beneficiary's Bank Account.
