I have an account in 24betting com but suddenly 24betting.com guys locked my id without any reason. Multiple I raised a complain through chat support but still not no resolution received from this guys. Approx 2lakh balance in my account. Pls help and support me.

Yes Petronela previously also we received the withdrawl amount from this account. I m playing only roulete and dragon tiger.but suddenly 24betting.com guys locked my account. Approx last 6month i using this account and completely verification done.

Regarding your case and the proofs:


I understand that you would like to see proof from the casino, but here is the reason why this is not possible:

Unfortunately, not every player plays by the rules. Some players are knowingly engaging in activity that is not only prohibited by terms and conditions but potentially illegal, falling under the typical definitions of fraud.

These players know before submitting a complaint that they’ve breached the rules and are simply hoping that the operator will not have enough evidence to convince a third party that they have broken terms.

If we show the evidence from the casino to these players, then the next time they will be more sophisticated, and for the casino, it will be much harder to catch them.

Because of that, the casinos or we cannot share any of the evidence (same as the regulator) 


In this case, the casino presented sufficient evidence about other account linked to yours.


They didn't close your account when you had no balance because the antifraud check the casinos do when the player wants to withdraw the money, not sooner. It's a common and logical praxis.


We evaluated your case based on all the evidence from you and the casino. Still, of course, you can contact the casino regulator or any other 3rd party, but if the casino presents them the same evidence as we received, I doubt that the result will be different.

From the casino's evidence, it is clear that you tried to cheat the casino.

If they report you to the authorities, I don't know. But in situations like that, a refund is not possible.

I would strongly recommend you avoid this casino platform in the future. Your actions may have consequences, for example, a global ban, or global fraud mark (you will be no longer be able to withdraw money on this casino platform ever)

Well, Tarak, you can fight as you wish. All the accounts that the casino mentioned (including yours) withdrew money to the same bank account, which means that you committed fraud. You will be marked in our system as a fraud. 

This case is rejected.

I would not be surprised if the casino reports you to their platform/authorities.
