Hii I am won with the first bonus 3400 euro then when i finished the wagering


It capped me to only 600 euro.


It is nowhere written in the terms.


-Dear Customer, if you are referring to the First Deposit Casino Bonus you received, please note that the wagering requirement was 50x the bonus amount. The amount of your bonus was 273.24 EUR, so you had to wager 13 662 EUR.


You successfully wagered the bonus, and your main account was credited with the remaining bonus funds, which did not exceed the initial bonus amount (273.24 EUR).The Customer must place bets with stakes which add up to the sum of all deposits, and the bets must have odds of at least 1.1 to be able to withdraw funds. At this moment, you should wager 273.24 EUR more to be able to withdraw your funds.



It looks like a sports bonus but I had the casino bonus. It's really weird chat is not helping me they not respond to my email.



I ask for my betting history they are not providing it just a empty mail.


Now I want to withdraw they saying I not wagered my deposit of 270 euro as in the chat they said i wagered 14000 euro.


I hope guru can help me shine some light on the situation.

I deposit 274 in crypto and got 274 in bonus

After checking the first deposit bonus terms : https://22bet.com/en/bonus/rules/1st-casino-rules - it really does state that the maximum win from the bonus is 1x of it's amount.

It's ridiculous to wager 15.000 for 1x bonus win and after let me wager my deposit if casino guru think this normal and not scamming you can close the complaint and I be really dissapointed in both.

The bonus conditions are set by the casino and they can make any rules they want. It is entirely up to the player whether he accept the bonus with it's terms or not.

Unfortunately, it was your decision to take the bonus or not.

I would recommend to read the bonus conditions in the future before claiming any bonuses to prevent such cases.
