The player from Hungary had been waiting for recognition of his refund from 22Bet for nearly four weeks. Despite being advised that his balance would be refunded at the beginning of their 'investigation', this had not occurred. The player had confirmed that he had completed the casino's verification process and his balance consisted of his initial deposit without any winnings. However, he had only engaged in sports betting, not in casino games. We had explained that our forum dealt with complaints regarding online casinos only and we lacked the insight to handle issues related to sports betting. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to its focus on sports betting rather than casino games.

Dear Team,


I have been cancelled since the 8th of February on 22 bet, almost 4 weeks now and my balance still has not been refunded.

I was advised to have my balance refunded which was on my account at the start of their "investigation" but it has not happened and they have not provide any answer about the process.

  • Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus?

Please see my answers as follow.


  • "Could you please advise if have you been a player in the casino?" - I have been a player.
  • "Have you completed account verification in the casino?" - Yes, I have completed their verification process.
  • "How did you initially learn about your account being blocked?" - When I tryed to withdrew my balance, which was the amount I uploaded on the platform to begin with. ( No bonus, no winnigs included )
  • "What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, betting on sports)" - I only engaded in sport betting.
  • "Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus? " - We did not gamble with bonus. I was okey in case they refund my balance without winnings but they havent done that and have not provided any reasons. Since i have not engaged in any activity that should go againts their terms and conditions, I came to the conclusion that is was very questionable decision.
