22bet Casino - Player complains about unclear bonus terms.

Playing using mobile. There is "get bonuses" option to choose. Deposited 15€ and got 7.5€ bonus. Won 300€ and after wagering support says that those are their money and I get 7,50€ added to cash.

This is not first cheat in this casino. BE AWARE because bonuses are not similar to all other casinos globally when you win.

"Bonuses" disabled because why wager 7,50€ x40 if that is capped to 7,50€? Only time when wagering was succesful and then started problems. I think name should be changed to "Wager bonus to get that amount in cash".

That means there is no instructions or restrictions described for bonuses!

I checked the screenshots you provided us with. It seems that you activated the bonus "WEDNESDAY CASH SPLASH". The terms of this bonus can be found directly under the bonus offer.

One of the bonus rules states: Once the bonus has been wagered, any remaining bonus funds, up to the initial bonus amount, will be credited to your main account. If, after the bonus has been wagered, your bonus balance is below the minimum stake amount, the bonus will be deemed lost.

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.

I deposited €15 via Skrill. There is no possibility to cancel the bonus. In the application, you have to refuse to receive the bonus yourself so that it is not added automatically. Because of this, the conditions are also not visible during the deposit phase.

In my opinion, such a condition is by no means a bonus because it is much cheaper to directly deposit €7.50 more than to play 40x bonus, i.e. €300. 22bet was the first casino where recycling the bonus does not mean redeeming the winnings, but the bonus itself. I too have seen different bonuses during my gaming career, probably thousands, and nowhere does it say that "the bonus amount will be credited to your account after you have recycled it 40 times". Even in no deposit bonuses, claiming a profit requires a deposit and identification. I don't see something like "Get €7 on top of your deposit, play €300 and that €7 is yours".

Bonus offers are MANDATORY (!) if you want to collect "campaign points". When I removed receiving bonuses from the phone, the distribution of bonuses from normal playing also stopped. Casino Guru shows 9/10 gaming companies that there are (usually) no limits on winnings. There was a casino that limits winnings to 10x the bonus amount. In my case too, it would be €75, i.e. still more than €200...

You did not take the position that bonuses are mandatory and cannot be prevented.

22bet also "researches" the rounds in the same way as other casinos. Four words. "Round had no errors". After "we are not answering in future"...

So now the deposit problem has been lingering for months because they never answer again. It's already criminal, but I've gone through the courts with one casino and there's no obligation to show the player anything.

There were no rounds drawn for this €10 deposit and €5 bonus either. There are 300 possibilities for two books on a 5x5 grid. Of these, chapter 26 can be obtained with 12 different patterns. Their share, i.e. 12/300, was more than 90% even today...

22bet sees no error in the calculation.

Customer support will never answer any questions again because they assume the player always means investigating the round. The use of programmed rounds that I mentioned here earlier in the games of the Play'n go company will therefore continue. I thought that 22bet would have reported what they saw, but the case was not opened at all.

So far, not a single claim by ANY casino is true.

So I want a court case about this because such outrageous behavior for 5 years straight cannot be considered a small matter. The casinos must get some dark compensation because no 20 different casinos from different companies all show identical behavior when the player makes an investigation request!

The worst thing is that without a screen there are strong ones, but the screens I just took are nowhere to be seen because I don't even want to examine them.
