The terms and conditions apparently state they have a Max bet limit of 7.5.

The games allow you to bet upto 10 and at 12.50 it tells you that your exceeding the bet limit and will not allow you to place the bet.... I've never had this issue before, betting way more than these amounts anyway, so I've placed 10 dollar bets and won 10 000, then another 3009... tried withdrawing 2 lits of 4000 knowing this would possibly not work and money would go back into pokie account however no, they confiscated the entire amount of my winnings, and just said I breached the terms and conditions... soo yeh it's on me, but I was under the impression I wouldn't be allowed to place any bets that were to much? Like any other sites I've played... and considering it did stop me at a certain amount and wouldn't let me place a bet that was to high, I thought it was fine.

They really have disheartened me to the point I doubt I will play online pokies again..

Do I understand correctly you played with an active welcome deposit bonus?

Do I understand correctly that despite the rules forbidding you to bet at or above 7,5 AUD, the software block only worked on bets at or above 10 AUD?
