After successful wagering and account validation I contacted support about withdrawal limits/combining withdrawals etc and was told by 2 separate staff that I could cash out with LTC as I had previously used it to deposit. During cash put audit I was told by financial team to cash out with bank transfer. I'd rather not as it's lengthy and expensive whereas crypto is instant and free. I tried explaining this to 3 different support staff only to be told use bank transfer. Bugger.

So I tried filling in the bank transfer cash out and it has option for BSB, yep cool, then IBAN, yeah nah don't use that in Australia, and nowhere for my bank account number to go. So i Googled what to do and it says to put BSB and account number all in a line with no spaces, forget IBAN box.

Tried that and it will only accept 6 numbers. So got back on chat and told staff. Waiting foe 'escalation to appropriate department'.

Why the bloody hell can't I use LTC to cash out if I've used LTC to deposit is what I wanna know????

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Since when is the withdrawal process ongoing? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi, I'm a chick by the way 🫣. Anywho yes, verified since May 30th. Played with a deposit bonus. Having withdrawal dramas for about 24 hrs. I've been speaking to them all day but never getting a reply from the "appropriate department " even tho it's been escalated about 4 times now. I'm sick of explaining the same issue over and over each time because it's clear they aren't listening. It's a bloody crypto casino for Pete's sake so I don't see why they are making it such a huge drama. No matter how many times I asked or worded the same question (why the hell can't i cash out with LTC) nobody would give me anything.

I'm not a greenhorn, I know how wagering, verification and all that stuff operates and am careful to toe the line on T's & C's. If ever I'm not sure on something I get on chat and clear it up so nothing can be held against me.

$150 is pennies to them but a huge deal to me. And it's also the principle of the matter!
