Hi, I didn't use any VPN or something. I found out that it was just an issue on their system, when I tried to log in and withdraw once again they declined it stating that I will need to submit some documents which I did and they asked me to submit for withdrawal again.
The next day, I checked my email and they declined it again. Stating that I need to upload some additional document and I don't understand why they don't say it all at once, they will keep asking me to withdraw and withdraw and they will ask for more information.
They asked me to upload a photo of myself with an ID which I don't want so I decided to close the account in 20bet. Such a bad experience and I will not recommend it here, they will accept your deposit like a thunder but when you want to get your money, they will ask a lot of information everyday and they will not say it all at once.
