I have claimed the free bonus when sign up. i played and won 2700. after the free spins i tried to play on different slots so that i can fulfill my wagering requirement. i contacted customer support but they refuse to help they wanted me to deposit the same amount so that i can get the bonus.


Customer support is very rude and unprofessional. sarcastic in everyway possible... ask for name and badge number so that i can report to a supervisor but told me his name is james bond.

I have checked the general bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://1xslot.com/information/rules/9/:


„The maximum withdrawal limit for winnings received using a no deposit bonus or free spins is €100. The remainder will be removed from a player’s account balance. We reserve the right to request that players from CIS countries make a minimum registration deposit using a bank card to withdraw winnings earned using a no deposit bonus."


Do I understand correctly that your winnings have been accumulated solely from Free Spins? I'm afraid you will be entitled to withdraw €100 and before you do so, you need to deposit funds into your account to verify the payment method.
