So 1xbet gives a gift on their telegram group . And i am one of the customers who got a gift promocode and it works and i got around 27€ . Then i need to wager them befor withdraw. But the fact is the bonus is exist and i can't play with it

I found the same issues with many players .

So what can we do? Or is it just for fun u give ppl a fake gifts to waste their time

My account is verified since 2017

This is the first time getting a promocode from telegram

And the bonus is specific to a bunch of slots games

And i sent 1xbet customer's support several messages and they didn't give me a clear info. Just answering questions i didn't ask.
